In 2012, the only one combustion lab in Heilongjiang was established to test flame retardant of wire and cable, fire resistant, and low smoke zero halogen. In May 2013, it passed the Metrology Accreditation by Heilongjiang Quality & Technology supervision Bureau, guaranteeing its R&D, and quality control. In May 2017, its headquarters moved to Huizhi Plaza, the center of CBD of QunliZone, Harbin.
